• use Articulate StoryLine 360 for e-learning course development; tech-savvy, able to quickly learn new tools
   

• develop effective strategies, training and support materials by applying instructional design theories and principles such as the ADDIE or Dick and Carey models or Gagné's Conditions of Learning and evaluate using methodologies like Kirkpatrick's Four-Levels of Evaluation or Kaufman's Five-Levels
